"Almost Too Close"

Seat Review From Section 131, Row 13, Seat 16
Sep 2013

Comments

I was right by the 50 yard line, which is always a great place to sit in my book. However from the 13th row, it was not easy to see all the action as you don't sit very high up above the field and the activity on the sideline plays a big role in what you can see on the field. As advertised, the one road leading out of Foxboro was absolutely jammed after the game, so just be sure to bring your patience or opt for the train instead.

Best for... being close to the action, impressing a guest

Avoid if... you want to watch the game

Watch the Players, Not the Game

Sep 2013

Section 131, Row 1, Seat 17

I walked down to the first row at the 50 yard line after the game was over as I always thought these would be amazing seats to have. But after checking out the view, I don't think I would pay the money to sit here as you are basically just getting a view of the players on the sidelines. You are not very high up from the field level (which again is cool for being so close to visiting team players on this side of the field), but I imagine it makes it very difficult to get a decent line of sight to all areas of the field. So go here for the excitement of being right there with some of the NFL's best, but don't expect the best views of the game itself.

  • "Great height for seeing the field"

    (Section 112) - -

Row 18 is at a great height for seeing everything. Plus, they're not windy at all, which is great. Being at the 25 yardline is really cool too because there is a lot of action right near the 20. It is about 20 rows to get to the top of the section, so it is a little bit of a walk. But once you ge...

  • "Perfect Midfield Position"

    (Section 132) - -

Amazing view of the entire field while staying close to the players as well. Some of the seats further down can be more difficult to view from as you are lower to the field making it more difficult to see over the players, but row 30 was absolutely perfect and it was right at the 40 yard line. The...

  • "Great seats"

    (Section 107) - -

Seats are right at the 15 yardline. Row 25 is the perfect height for seeing the game from the lower level. Lower rows have a tough time seeing across the field.
