FedExField

"Not for the faint of heart"

Seat Review From Section 453, Row 22, Seat 22
Sep 2013

Comments

Sitting in the 22nd row of the top level at FedEx Field felt very high up and distant from the game even with the good location near midfield. The scoreboards seemed small and were not easy to view either. Just getting up to the top level of the stadium is a scary journey as you ride an escalator that has no wall guarding from the long drop down to the parking lot below. I wouldn't bring small children up here with that crazy escalator ride, fully exposed outdoor concourse where fans are permitted to smoke, and seating aisles that were littered with shards of broken glass.

    • "40 Yardline Upper Deck"

      (Section 427) - -

The 400 level just seems so high up at Fedex Field. Even Row 7 seems a mile away from the field. Fortunately these are at the 40 so you get to see most of the action pretty well. The railing and glass annoyingly block part of the field on the right, but you can always lean or sway to get around them...

    • "Really far away"

      (Section 424) - -

You can't get much farther from the field than row 23. If you're afraid of heights, choose seats in a lower row. The stairs are steep, and even when you're in your seats, you still feel like you're going to fall forward onto the field. There are much better seats in the endzones where you can still ...
