FedExField

"Covered from above"

Seat Review From Section 225, Row 4, Seat 17
Sep 2013

Comments

I've seen a lot of horrific views from the 200 level at FedEx Field, but row 4 in section 225 was not one of them. I had clear unobstructed views of all areas of the field from right around the goal line, and at the same time the seat was covered by the overhanging club level deck just above. From what I could see, most of the seats in rows 3 and higher of the the 200 level sections on this sideline were all well protected from the elements. The seats faced straight across the field so I had to look to the right for a good portion of the game, but it wasn't an issue. The guard railings at the front of the section didn't enter my line sight at all, but that might be a different story for the fans in rows 1 and 2.

Best for... watching the game, bringing the family, being in the shade

Terrible seats!

Oct 2013

Section 225

View obstructed by columns, missed plays in the middle of field! TV monitors were out of sync with plays. Sewage pipes started leaking smelly water on seats 3 rows in front of us.

  • "Best for visiting team fans"

    (Section 119) - -

These seats are on the visitor side of the field at the 13 yardline. You get a pretty good view of the whole field and the videoboard seems so close and clear from here. Row 22 is really close to the tunnel, but there are 27 seats in each row so you may have to climb over people/get climbed over ...

  • "Awesome view of the goal line"

    (Section 104) - -

When plays are happening on your end of the field, there's not a better seat in the house. And when plays are happening on the other end, you're at a pretty good height to see them all. Views of the videoboards are also very good. Less expensive than other lower level seats, which makes them a pr...

  • "Clear sight lines at the 40"

    (Section 122) - -

Located just outside the 40 yard line, these seats had a great view of the entire field as well as the visiting team sideline just in front. Great viewing angle to midfield, however it was kind of awkward to view the scoreboards for replays as they far away from the primary field of vision and it t...
