My daughter and I got moved while Citizen Queen was on. The person who seated us apologized as it was her fault. It was dark and she pointed the way rather than showing us the proper seats. Those seats were also wrong...section 126 NOT 125A. Another finally directed us to an elevator downstairs where we found seats. 3 other guests followed us as they were also seated incorrectly! I am appalled no one helped guide us. I am 72 and the stairs (which I ambulated 3 times wrongly) were very dark, steep and it was scary!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT RETURNING!!!!
