You will want to avoid the 300 level if you are looking for Shade at Yankee Stadium, as these seats are some of the most exposed to the sun. The better option will be looking for seats in the top rows of the 200 level near home plate, which will have good shade and additional protection from the overhanging 300 level deck above.


Some of the best options for shade will be in Rows 16 and higher in Sections 215-217 and 223-225 as these seats face towards the East and have great coverage under the overhang.
