United Center

How much does the sound booth obstruct seating in Section 106 for concerts?

For concert seating section 106 is obstructed view. I assume this is due to the sound booth, but just much obstruction is there?

The sound booth does obstruct seating in roughly the first rows of Section 106 for end-stage concerts at the United Center. Because the lettered rows (A-M) do not rise from the floor at all, the obstruction is relatively severe AND you have to be concerned about taller fans sitting in front of you. The obstruction is less severe in numbered rows and relatively non-existent after row 5.

Section 106 at the United Center, as seen from Row 18.
