Features & Amenities

Boston and the TD Garden attract the biggest names in music - and when these performers come to town, tickets on the floor are usually the most desirable for their close location to the stage.

Floor Seats for a Concert

Different performers will have different floor and stage setups, but the most common setup at TD Garden is to have nine floor sections labeled A-J. Sections A-C make up the front floor, while sections D-F and G-J make up the middle and rear floor, respectively.

Row labels on the floor are almost always numbered with row 1 closest to the stage. The floor holds about 50 rows of seats with the front floor usually spanning about 10-20 rows. Between sections is typically an aisle break. Sitting near these aisle breaks allows for more opportunities for clear views to the stage.

Seat numbers on the floor are fairly standardized with most rows containing 14 seats. Again, this is subject to change by performance, but most shows use this traditional end-stage setup. When looking towards the stage from the floor, seat 1 is the right-most seat in each section.

Must be Tall

Floor D, Row 12, Seats 7 & 8

Thank god for the big screen behind the stage or I would have not seen a dang thing! If you want floor seats and you're not NBA tall - buy closer to the stage! Or lodge for a perfect view!

Floor B, Row 6   Verified Customer

We had 2 seats at the beginning of the aisle. Great view only six rows back from the stage. Ridiculous that they take the cap off your bottle of water because "people throw them" huh?
