Best Seats For a Concert at Caesars Superdome
The most common seating layout at Caesars Superdome for concerts is an end-stage setup with the stage located near sections Section 119, Section 121 and Section 122. For many concerts there are also slight variations to the layout, which may include General Admission seats, fan pits and B-stages.
On the Floor: Sections Field A, Field B, Field C and Field D are Field Seats, which offer some of the closest views of the performers. For many concerts, floor sections are added or removed. These performer-specific adjustments may alter the floor layout and the views from each floor section.
To the Side of the Stage: For close views of the stage with a little bit of elevation, consider seats to the side of the stage in Section 115, Section 116 and Section 140. The view is not head-on like on the floor, but many of the seats are closer to the stage, provide better elevation and are actual stadium seats.
Head-on to the Stage: Seats directly across from the stage, like those in Section 101, Section 102, Section 104 and Section 150 provide the most comfortable looks of the performance.
Even upper level sections offer unobstructed sitelines. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to see as much detail from these seats as you would if you sat closer to the stage.
Consider the Following When Buying Concert Tickets
Seats behind the stage are occassionally sold: Unless your main objective is to just get in the building, you'll want to completely avoid anything behind the stage - like those in/near or above sections Section 119, Section 121, Section 122 and Section 124. It's unlikely the performer will turn around to salute you - and you're more likely to be completely blocked out from seeing the show.
If you're on the shorter side (or bringing kids), consider floor seats only in the first few rows: The most common complaint amongst floor ticketholders is that they can't see the stage because of taller people in front of them. As an alternative, consider side sections near the stage that will still have you close and high enough to see.
Lower level side sections are not created equal: While the side sections closest to the stage are top-notch, side sections farther from the stage may leave you with a cramp in your neck. Sections 111 and 145 are not well-angled towards the stage - leaving you to turn your head for an ideal view. Instead, consider head-on sections in the lower level or even close side seats in the upper level like 519 and 543.

Corner seats in the Loge Level (200 and 300 Level) have 17 rows in each section. Rows 1-4 sit on the 200 level, while the higher rows sit on the 300 Level. The entrance to seating is at row 5.
Loge Level Endzone (Football) Seating
Endzone sections on the Loge Level will have good straight away views of the field which require very little head turning to follow the action on the field. Add in the ideal seating height, and these sections make for a good value when taking in a football game at the Superdome.
Sections in the Loge Level Endzone feature 17 rows of seating between the 200 and 300 level sections. Rows 1-4 are found on the 200 level, while rows 5-17 will be on the 300 level.
Plaza Level Corner (Football) Seating
Corner seating on the Plaza Level offers some interesting angles to the field due to the oddly shaped sections that make up this seating zone.
Sections 106, 122, 134 and 150 are above tunnel entrances and have just 14 rows labeled 23-36. Meanwhile, sections 109, 119, 137 and 147 are V-shaped and have 22 rows labeled 15-36.
Plaza Level Endzone (Football) Seating
Most Plaza Level Endzone sections have 29 rows with row 1 being the actual first row. Rows 1-19 are often considered lower rows and can carry a premium over the upper rows due to their proximity to the field.
Plaza Level Sideline (Football) Seating
Plaza Level Sideline Seating on the 100 Level consists of sections 139-145 and 111-117. For Saints games, premium Bunker Club seating can be found in the sections nearest to midfield (141-143 on the home sideline and 113-115 on the visitor sideline), while the sections closer to the endzones are a part of the Plaza Club (111-112, 116-117, 139-140, and 144-145).
Each section on the sideline has 36 numbered rows of seating. Entry tunnels are located at the top of the section, so while fans in the lower row will have the closest view, they are also left with the longest walks to and from the seats.
Upper Level Corner (Football) Seating
Upper Level Corner seats include 500 Level Upper Box seats in rows 1-6 and 600 Level Terrace seats in higher rows (up to 34 rows). Seats in the last row of the Terrace Level are pushed up right against the wall of the Superdome and are the furthest seats from the field.
Upper Level Endzone (Football) Seating
Endzone seats in the 500 Level and 600 Level can include up to 21 rows of seating, while the seating entrance is at row 5. For seats in the last few rows, this can mean a bit of a walk up the stairs.
Seats in sections 501, 503, 529-533 and 559 are in an overhang above the Loge level and are much closer to the field and lower down than other Upper Level seating options.
Upper Level Sideline (Football) Seating
The Upper Level includes 500 Level seating known as the Upper Boxes and 600 Level seating known as Terrace seats. Upper Box seats are listed as rows 1-6, while Terrace seats start at row 7 and go as high as row 36. There are seating entrances at rows 7 and 25, so seats in the highest rows do not require too many stairs.
