Third Base Seats Get Shade First at Nationals Park
Nationals Park gets incredibly hot during the summertime, so seats in the shade are at a premium during afternoon games. Sit on the third base side to get the shade first and to have the sun behind you. The 400 level on the third base side is much better off for shade than 300 level seats on the same side of the field. Meanwhile, most of the 200 level infield is well-covered from the elements. Avoid Sections 135-137 down the first base line on the lower level if you are sensitive to the sun.
